Tennis Hot Shots is the national starter tennis programme for New Zealand children. Tennis Hot Shots is just for kids. Smaller courts, shorter racquets and softer balls mean that kids can play a proper game of tennis from the moment they step on court.
Hello and Greetings to all Stokes Valley Tennis Club members
The 2017-2018 Tennis season is officially underway and the weather is starting to warm up.
The first round of senior Interclub starts on Saturday 14th of October and by the 20th of September I need to recive confirmation from all players that wish to be involved. Currently we will have a Division 1 and Division 2 Men’s teams and Premier 3 and Division 1 Ladies teams, having a team in the Woman’s doubles league is also an option if enough people want to form a team. Please email me your preferred team/division and I will attempt to accommodate people where possible.

Junior prizegiving will be held on Sunday the 9th of April at 2pm
Please remember to bring a small plate to share at prizegiving. Maybe girls bring sweet and boys bring savoury if possible so we can have a range of food options. Prem A & juniors in senior teams to bring drinks.
We would like to welcome all returning Mid-week players as well as any new potential players to the new season of our Tuesday morning weekly club days.
Each Tuesday from 9am to 11:30am during the summer season (which has just commenced) Stokes Valley Tennis Club offer a Mid-week club day. This is a great opportunity for players to get out and play some good games of doubles with a great group of people and enjoy a spot of morning tea afterwards and socialize.
